Hi, I'm Hannah!
I’m a yoga teacher based in beautiful North Devon. My classes are fun, uplifting and down-to-earth, a space to move, breathe, explore and maybe even laugh a little along the way.
I love teaching a flowing dynamic vinyasa style but also offer, yin, pranayama, mandala, meditation, and yoga for menopause, all designed to help you feel something; aware, energised, grounded, strong and above all, connected. I focus on creating meaningful shared experiences that help students build a deeper connection to themselves, each other and their surroundings through mindful, conscious breath and movement.
Nature is my biggest teacher and a big part of my practice and I like find ways to connect to the natural world whenever I can, it adds an extra layer of calm, clarity and joy to life.
I firmly believe that there's a Yoga out there for everyone. It’s not about touching your toes or twisting yourself into a pretzel - it's about finding more ease, presence and joy in everyday life in any way that works for you. I'd love to help you to find that, one breath, one movement, one moment at a time.

my story
After moving to North Devon in 2022, I found a warm and welcoming wellness community, but I really missed having a dedicated space to practise, teach, and explore different approaches to wellbeing all in one place.
That’s what inspired me to create Shanti, a space for movement, connection, and self-care, rooted in community.
'Shanti' opened in Bideford in March 2026, and since then, the majority of my classes and workshops have been held here.
Alongside my yoga classes and Reiki sessions, Shanti is now home to a growing collective of practitioners offering sound healing, breathwork, meditation, workshops, and more.
If you’d like to explore the space, see what’s on, or book a class, you can visit the studio website below.
